The platform is cloud based, your operations and management teams access it via a web browser, so no additional IT support is required in order to get started. Each customer has their own unique environment ensuring that your data is secure.
The INTERDEV team will,
- Configure access and train your operations team members on the platform.
- Configure your Drivers, Vechiles and Devices ready for use.
- Train your drivers on how to use the application.
- Sourcing and configure the driver devices, including in vehicle mountings.
- Importing your existing customers, products, cartage table data to save you time re-entering.
- Configure your custom stationary, Quotes, Invoices, email and SMS alerts.
Where customisation has been requested, INTERDEV will host a test platform for your company to enable you to review and sign off on customisations as they are developed, this process will often include, weekly review sessions to ensure that our customers see regular progress and are able to provide regular feedback.
